Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. However, if you discover any defects or malfunctions with your purchased product, you may initiate an exchange process. Please follow the steps outlined below to facilitate a smooth exchange:

To initiate an exchange:

If returning via courier service, ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging along with the purchase invoice.

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will proceed with the exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from receipt of your item for the exchange process to be completed.
